How to I book?Please fill out the booking form under contact, with your preferred theme and desired date. Once we receive your form, we’ll send you a confirmation letter to confirm availability and provide payment details. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

What age do you cater for?Our setups are designed for children aged 5 to 12 years. All children must be supervised at all times around the equipment. Children under 5 should not be left unsupervised under any circumstances.

What’s including in the package?CE-certified teepee in your chosen theme Foam mattress with protective cover, fitted sheet, duvet, and duvet cover or blanket Small matching pillow with pillow protector Themed cushions Breakfast tray with battery-operated LED light Fairy lights and decorative garland Themed cuddly toys and a few matching props (varies by theme)

How long does it take to set up?Please allow up to 2 hours for setup, depending on the number of teepees booked.

How long is the hire of the teepee for?Standard hire is for one night, Teepees will be collected at Midday the next day.

Do you set up and take down?Yes, we set everything up before your guests arrive and return the next day to take it down. Please ensure the area is cleared and ready, as we do not move furniture.

How many teepees can you hire?The minimum hire is 2 teepees. You can hire up to 6 teepees in one theme. If you need more than 6, you're welcome to mix and match themes to suit your party.

Can you use the teepees outside?Our sleepover teepees are not weatherproof and are for indoor use only. Once set up, they should not be moved.

Do the children need to bring anything?All the children need to bring are their pyjamas and toothbrush.

Do we get to keep the accessories?All items are for hire only, unless otherwise specified.

Do you have a Cleanness and hygiene procedure?All bedding and fabrics are washed with non-bio soap detergent for a gentle, hypoallergenic clean. Additionally, all equipment is thoroughly cleaned with an anti-bacterial cleanser after every party to ensure the highest hygiene standards.

Do you have a cancellation policy?Yes, the refund will be processed within 14 days. Please be sure to read the Terms & Conditions form for further details.

Is a security deposit required?We require a refundable security deposit of £50 to cover any damages or missing equipment. The deposit will be refunded once the equipment has been checked after the party.

What is require to secure the booking?A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your party will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

When is the balance of the payment due?The balance is due 7 days prior to your party date.
