Hire of Teepees & Tents

  • Please ensure the room where the teepees are to be set up is large enough for the number of teepees you have ordered. Details regarding space requirements can be found in the FAQ section.

  • The area must be cleared of any furniture prior to our arrival, as we are not insured to move furniture.

  • Accessories for each theme may vary slightly from the pictures shown on the website.

  • All equipment remains the property of the company unless stated otherwise.

 

Parking

  • Please ensure there is adequate parking close to your chosen location so we can unload and reload the equipment easily. 

  • Parking must be provided or residential parking permit will need to be supplied for one vehicle. 

 

Setup and Usage

  • Once the teepees are set up, please do not move them. We will discuss the desired placement with you upon arrival.

  • No pets are allowed in or around the teepees due to the risk of damage and pet hair.

  • Strictly no smoking or open flames (including candles) near the teepees, as this presents a fire hazard. Smoke odour or fire damage will result in the loss of your £50 deposit. Battery-operated candles are permitted.

  • Please refrain from using messy foods, drinks, nail varnish, makeup, pens, paints or crayons near the teepees and equipment to help protect them.

  • Any damage to Dream Teepee Party property — including stains or damage to teepees, linen, or accessories — will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

Supervision

  • Children must be supervised at all times. The equipment is not suitable for children under 4 years of age without 24-hour adult supervision.

 

Pricing

  • 2 x Teepees at £200

  • 3 x Teepees at £250

  • 4 x Teepees at £300

  • 5 x Teepees at £340

  • 6 x Teepees at £380

  • You’re welcome to mix and match themes if more are required.

 

Booking

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

  • A refundable damage deposit of £50 is also required.

  • The £50 deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the party, once all equipment has been inspected.

 

Cancellations

  • You may cancel up to 7 days prior to the event date for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms and conditions.

 

Delivery

  • Free delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Dunmow.

  • Outside of this area, there is a charge of 50p per mile.

  • Please provide your postcode and we will calculate any additional delivery fee for you.

 

Safety & Cleanliness

  • All fabrics are washed after each party using non-bio detergent.

  • All equipment is wiped down with anti-bacterial cleaner.

  • Mattresses are fitted with clean mattress protectors and sheets for every party.

  • Mini sleep pillows come with clean pillow protectors.

  • Battery lights are securely fastened, and teepee decorative lights are attached using cable ties.

  • All teepees are CE/CA certified.
